To ensure a smooth and time-saving experience for insured persons (IPs) and their dependents, ESIC General Hospital, Naroda offers Ask An Appointment (AAA) services. This facility allows beneficiaries to book OPD appointments in advance to avoid long queues and reduce waiting times.

 What is AAA (Ask An Appointment)?

The AAA service is an online appointment booking system introduced by ESIC. It helps patients schedule appointments with specific departments or doctors at a preferred date and time.

 How to Use the AAA Service

You can book your appointment through the ESIC AAA Portal or Mobile App.

Steps to Book an Appointment:

  1. Visit: https://www.esic.in/aaa
    (or use the ESIC mobile app from Google Play Store)

  2. Login with IP Details:

    • Enter your ESIC Insurance Number or Pehchan Card details

  3. Choose Hospital:

    • Select ESIC General Hospital, Naroda as the preferred center

  4. Select Department & Date:

    • Choose the specialty department (e.g., Medicine, Ortho, Pediatrics)

    • Pick a date and available time slot

  5. Confirm Appointment:

    • You will receive an SMS or email confirmation

  6. Show Confirmation at OPD Counter:

    • On your visit, show the confirmation SMS or printed slip to the OPD Registration Counter

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
