As part of our ongoing commitment to preventive healthcare and community well-being, ESIC General Hospital, Naroda regularly organizes Health Checkup Camps for insured persons (IPs), their families, and industrial workers under the ESIC scheme.

 Objective of Health Checkup Camps

  • To promote early diagnosis and timely treatment

  • To increase health awareness among ESIC beneficiaries

  • To provide on-the-spot consultation, diagnostics, and referral if required

  • To ensure occupational health monitoring for workers in industrial zones

 What Services Are Offered?

Each camp includes a range of free basic medical services, such as:

  • General health checkup

  • Blood pressure & blood sugar screening

  • Eye & dental check

  • Hemoglobin & BMI measurement

  • ECG & routine investigations

  • Health education on lifestyle, nutrition, hygiene, and workplace safety

  • Referrals for further specialist consultation or hospital treatment if needed

Camp Schedule & Location

  • Venue: In collaboration with nearby ESIC dispensaries, factories, industrial units, or community halls

  • Timing: Usually between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  • Frequency: Monthly / Quarterly (as per schedule)

Team Composition

  • Doctors (General Physician & Specialist)

  • Nurses and Lab Technicians

  • Pharmacist (for on-site medicine distribution)

  • Health Educators / Counselors

  • Administrative and Support Staff

 Who Can Participate?

  • All ESIC-insured employees

  • Dependents of insured persons

  • Industrial workers from units registered with ESIC

  • PMJAY beneficiaries (for specific approved services)

 Instructions for Participants

  • Bring your ESIC Pehchan Card or Insurance Number

  • Carry any previous health records or medication lists

  • Follow instructions given by camp staff for tests and checkups

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
