Aadhaar Seeding Process

ESIC General Hospital, Naroda – Ahmedabad

To enable faster identification, better record management, and benefit delivery, ESIC requires Aadhaar number linking (seeding) with your ESIC Insurance Number.

Aadhaar seeding is mandatory for insured persons (IPs) and their dependents to avail ESIC medical and cash benefits.

 Why Aadhaar Seeding is Important

  • Ensures authentication of beneficiaries

  • Helps in paperless services at ESIC hospitals and dispensaries

  • Required for PMJAY/AB-MGRSBY eligibility verification

  • Enables digital claim settlements and tracking

 How to Complete Aadhaar Seeding

You can complete Aadhaar seeding in any one of the following ways:

 Option 1: Through Employer/HR Department

  1. Submit a copy of Aadhaar card (self and dependents) to your HR.

  2. Employer will update the Aadhaar details in the ESIC portal.

  3. Seeding status can be checked on www.esic.in.

 Option 2: At ESIC Hospital/Dispensary Help Desk

  1. Visit the registration counter or Aadhaar Seeding Help Desk at ESIC General Hospital Naroda.

  2. Carry:

    • ESIC Pehchan Card / Insurance Number

    • Aadhaar Card (original and copy)

    • Dependent’s Aadhaar if applicable

  3. Staff will verify and link your Aadhaar digitally.

Option 3: Online Self-Seeding (for Tech-Savvy Users)

  1. Visit: https://www.esic.in/employeeportal/login.aspx

  2. Login with ESIC Insurance Number & mobile OTP

  3. Navigate to "Update Aadhaar Details" and submit

  4. Aadhaar will be linked after UIDAI validation

  • 4. "Subordinate Department/Office" में क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय का चयन करें
  • 5. शिकायत का विवरण दें .

Instructions

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
