Opd-consultation

Step-by-Step OPD Consultation Process:

1. Registration

  • Patients (insured persons or dependents) report at the OPD registration counter with their ESI Card / Pehchan Card / Aadhaar.

  • Details are verified, and an OPD slip is issued for the required department.

2. Consultation with Doctor

  • The token is called/displayed, and the patient enters the consultation room.

  • The doctor assesses the patient's condition and prescribes treatment, medications, or further tests if needed.

3. Referral for Investigations

  • If diagnostic tests are required (lab, X-ray, ultrasound), the doctor issues a referral slip.

  • The patient proceeds to the diagnostic unit for sample collection or imaging.

4. Prescription & Medication

  • After consultation, the patient visits the in-house pharmacy to collect prescribed medicines.

  • Pharmacy staff verify the prescription and dispense medication accordingly.

5. Follow-Up / Referral to Higher Center

  • If further treatment or specialist opinion is required, the patient is advised to return for follow-up or referred to a higher ESIC or empaneled hospital.

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
